Join us for soup, chili, and fellowship from 4:30–6:30 PM. Each family is asked to bring a favorite soup to share, and dessert will be provided.

Prayer Partners Ministry — October 11

Would you like someone praying for you each week—and someone to pray for? Join our new Prayer Partner Ministry!

We’ll launch on October 11 with a luncheon following worship. This will be a time to meet your prayer partner and begin a nine-month season of praying for one another. Unable to attend? You can still participate. The church office will contact you with information about your prayer partner.

Donuts & Coffee — October 18

Our next Donuts & Coffee fellowship will be Sunday, October 18 at 9 AM. We hope you can join us!

Bible Reading Workshop — October 18

The Discipleship Commission will host a workshop from 12–2:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall to learn a technique that can improve your understanding as you read the Bible. Lunch will be provided.

PA State Sunday School Convention — November 14

The 164th Annual PA State Sunday School Convention will be held at Mt. Pleasant UB Church from 8:30 AM–4 PM. The theme is Finding Hope in a Hopeless World. The Discipleship Commission will cover the cost.

Community Opportunities

Fall Senior Day — October 13

Join a group of seniors at Roxbury Holiness Camp in the Berean Center from 9 AM–5 PM. The day will include singing, devotions, lunch, and a 1:30 PM concert with Francis Drost. Call the camp to register at (717)532-2208.

Cost: Free; monetary donations are appreciated.

Meals on Wheels

The Meals on Wheels program needs drivers to deliver meals. You can serve as often or as little as you’re able. For more information, call (717) 300-3563.

CommUNITY Fall Fest — November 7

Save the date for the CommUNITY Fall Fest on Saturday, November 7, from 5–8 PM at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds.

Several local churches are working together to organize this community event, and Prince Street Church is excited to participate. Our Children’s Ministry has already helped plan some carnival games!

Volunteers will be needed that evening in several areas. Signups will be available beginning next week. Come help us share the love of Christ with our community!

Let’s continue finding ways to care for one another, grow in Christ, and share His love throughout our community.

Ministries Serving Our Church Family Blanket Ministry Did you know Prince Street Church has a blanket ministry? Thanks to our Fruitful Friendly Fellowship members, each blanket is handmade and donated. Every blanket is tagged and prayed over, asking God to bless the person who will eventually receive it. Blankets are available on the shelf by the chapel bathrooms and may be picked up and given to anyone going through a difficult time, such as surgery, a loss, or another situation where God’s love and comfort would be a blessing. When you pick up a blanket, please take a moment to complete the information on the clipboard beside the shelf. Thank you for helping us share God’s love and care with others! Nourishing Hands Ministry Nourishing Hands provides meals for those recovering from surgery or illness. Mission Trip Donations Help prepare our Kentucky Mission Team by selecting one or two needed items from the display at the back of the sanctuary. July Men's Breakfast

Men's Breakfast Update Due to our Men's Ministry serving during the Shippensburg Fair Parking Fundraiser, there will be no Men's Breakfast in July. We appreciate the men who are volunteering their time to support this important fundraiser, which helps benefit the Youth Ministry of Prince Street Church. Please be praying for everyone serving during Fair Week and for the conversations and opportunities to represent Christ well in our community. Men's Breakfast will resume after Fair Week. We look forward to gathering again soon for fellowship, encouragement, and growth in Christ.
