There is something special about gathering around a table, sharing a meal, and spending time together outside the normal rhythms of Sunday morning. That's exactly what our Church Picnic is all about.

On Sunday, June 28, we'll gather at Shippensburg Township Park on Britton Road for a morning of worship, fellowship, food, and fun. Whether you've been attending Prince Street Church for years or have only recently connected with us, we'd love for you to join us.

We'll begin the morning with Donuts & Coffee at 10:00 AM, followed by our Worship Service at 10:45 AM. After worship, we'll enjoy a catered meal together at noon, followed by games, activities, and plenty of opportunities to relax and spend time with one another.

At Prince Street Church, we believe church is more than attending a service—it's being part of a family. Events like our Church Picnic give us the opportunity to strengthen relationships, welcome new faces, and celebrate what God is doing in our church community.

Strong Church Formation
Join Us for Strong Church Formation What does it look like for Prince Street Church to continue growing—not simply bigger, but deeper? We are inviting members of our Prince Street Church family to join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026, as we travel to Devonshire Church in Harrisburg for the Strong Church Formation workshop. This gathering is an opportunity for us to learn, worship, and grow alongside other United Brethren churches while thinking intentionally about the kind of church God is calling us to become. Growing Deeper Together At the 2025 United Brethren National Conference, a new definition of a local congregation was embraced around three important expectations of a maturing church: Spiritually Alive Deepening our vitality in Christ and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. Relationally Connected Building authentic Christian community where people are known, loved, encouraged, and supported. Missionally Engaged Living out the life and mission of Christ in our community and our world. The Strong Church Formation series is designed to help churches move from metrics to maturity, from maturity to unity, and from unity to multiplication. We Want You to Join Us While this workshop is especially valuable for church staff, board members, ministry leaders, and those who attended the 2025 National Conference, our invitation is open to members of the Prince Street Church family who want to attend. You don't need to hold a particular position or title. If you care about the ministry and future of Prince Street Church and want to grow alongside others as we seek God's direction for our church, we would love for you to join us. Event Details Saturday, September 12, 2026 9:00 AM–3:30 PM Devonshire Church | Harrisburg, PA The workshop will be led by Bishop Todd Fetters and Mike Dittman, Director of National Ministries. Together, we'll be equipped, connect with the larger United Brethren family, worship, and consider practical ways our churches can grow deeper and stronger. Let's Go Together We believe this can be a valuable day for our church—not just for individual learning, but for helping us think and pray together about the future of Prince Street Church. Come be part of the conversation. Come be encouraged. Come help us consider how PSC can continue becoming a church that is Spiritually Alive, Relationally Connected, and Missionally Engaged.REGISTER TO ATTEND WITH PSC

Laurel Mission Trip
For nearly 90 years, Laurel Mission has been sharing the hope of Jesus Christ in the Appalachian Mountains of southeastern Kentucky. Their mission is simple and powerful: to help men, women, and children come to know Christ and grow into His likeness through the proclamation of the Gospel and practical acts of love. This August, a team from Prince Street Church will have the opportunity to serve alongside Laurel Mission in Big Laurel, Kentucky. Through a variety of ministries—including construction projects, community outreach, youth ministry, food distribution, and local church partnerships—mission teams help meet practical needs while pointing people to the hope found in Christ. Mission trips are not simply about the work that gets accomplished. They are opportunities to serve, grow, and witness firsthand how God is at work in the lives of people and communities. As we step out in faith, God often uses these experiences to deepen our dependence on Him and expand our vision for His Kingdom. Mission Trip Details 📅 August 8–15, 2026 📍 Big Laurel, Kentucky 🚐 Departing Saturday, August 8 🏠 Returning Saturday, August 15 We are currently gathering those who are interested in being part of the team. Whether you have construction experience, enjoy working with children, or simply have a willing heart to serve, we encourage you to prayerfully consider joining us. How You Can Help Even if you are unable to go, you can still be part of the mission: Pray for the team as preparations begin. Pray for the families and communities served by Laurel Mission. Encourage those who are considering participating. Support the ministry through partnership and generosity. As Jesus reminds us: "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few." — Matthew 9:37 Would you prayerfully consider whether God might be calling you to serve?Let us know you're interested!
